Lori Kerth

Lori Kerth is the Corporate Travel Director for Travel Command. She has over twenty years experience in the industry, focused on creating and communicating operational procedures. Lori has successfully met corporate goals of clients, along with making recommendations for improvements. She has worked with staff for ticketing and quality control compliance, and is an expert in identifying and correcting technical issues that would impede a successful operation.

Lori is a productive member of the travel department who offers extensive knowledge of the travel industry. She coaches and develops staff through goal assessment achievement. Her responsibilities have included facilitating regular corporate communications to keep travel staff informed including: staff meetings, web-sites, news and client emails. Lori is a Certified ARC Specialist and has attained a CTE Certification.

Angela Smith

Angela Smith is a travel professional with the insight, vision, and enthusiasm necessary to manage group travel. With a history in the travel industry, she has significant expertise in domestic and international destinations. Angie is a high energy individual who is committed to providing unparalleled customer service, maintaining exceptional client relationships.

Angela started her travel career twelve years ago. Group corporate travel has been a highlight of Angela’s career. She is able to use her experience to organize and build relationships with hotels and clients in order to implement corporate events. When it comes to group planning and meetings Angie is knowledgeable and has the confident and experience to get the job done.

Marie Mathison

Marie Mathison is a leader by nature and a complex thinker who places a high value on the needs of the client. She sets a high standard for superior customer service and is committed to meeting this standard. Marie has provided valuable assistance in the implementation of an automated quality control system and she works diligently to continue to identify methods to improve the quality control process.

During her 15 years in the travel industry not only has Marie been a corporate agent, but she has also worked in account management and quality control. Marie also provides the after-hours and weekend coverage for Travel Command. She is a solution driven problem solver and will gladly accept any challenge.

Jeanna Andros Baker

Jeanna Andros Baker brings a varied and rich experience to Travel Command with an emphasis in Sports Travel. Having over thirty years in the business has included booking travel for both The Oregon State University Athletic Department and the Portland Trailblazers. As the Travel Agent for the Blazers during their reign as World Champions, she was responsible for booking multiple trips for a fluctuating number of people. With that being said, this was accomplished with a limited amount of lead time. Jeanna raised the performance bar to make connections happen under tight deadlines and between cities from coast to coast. Her firm control of detail was and is indispensable. Jeanna’s thorough knowledge of the travel business coupled with her personal enthusiasm for sports in general, is a welcome asset to Travel Command’s staff.

In addition to her Sports Travel experience, Jeanna has an in-depth knowledge of both business and leisure travel. Whether as a member of a corporate agency or as the owner of her own travel agency, Jeanna is an expert at parlaying her business acumen with her strong interpersonal skills to create client relationships that last. She has a keen sensitivity for those she is serving and is always responsive to their needs.
